Routine support is available during regular business hours through QED's Medic system. To submit a support request, please click on the Medic button below and sign in using your QED credentials. If you do not have a login, please contact your agency's administrator for support.

If a tech support engineer needs to be able to access our workstation to diagnose and resolve a problem you may be asked to download the Acuity Quick Support module. It should not be downloaded to all workstations and can only be used while you are available at the workstation and under the direction of a QED support engineer.
